Chargeable Hours
Any agreed service for any of Rize Up solutions clients, including scheduled telephone calls, falls under chargeable hours. However, any written communication with Rize UP Solutions clients, such as email and text messages, will not be billed.
Communication
Upon introductions, a meet and greet meeting will be scheduled via. Google Meet, Zoom, Facetime, or Skype video. You will be able to communicate with me, documents Emails are preferred once work and or project has started, but texting and, or SMS is acceptable. Telephone calls are always planned to avoid any possible interferences. Responses to all emails are done as soon as possible. Any URGENT updates, please send a text, phone call, and an email, so that I can prioritize the scope of the work needed to be completed. Google Meet, Zoom, Facetime, or Skype video calls can be arranged for updates and meetings that Rize Up Solutions would need to attend to complete the project at hand. Only if stated in the contract will we provide services for you on the weekends and or the holidays.
Time-Tracking
If required during services, time will be tracked in increments of 15 minutes.
Packages
Each Package will Require or receive: A full detailed email and or text describing what it is that you need in your package. A clarifying email and or text will be sent back to you, to make sure that your needs are understood and properly added to your SOW Agreement or Contract Agreement. Email and or text reminders will be sent out when something requires the clients’ attention. Updates on all projects can be given if needed. A deposit is required for all packages to begin work.
Hourly Package Includes Free defining meeting w/detailed review email,(Defining meeting can be via Google hangout, Zoom, Skype, or Facetime). Clients will receive an Onboarding package, an online portal user name, and a password, email and or text reminders for payments due, progress on work, and an SOW agreement signature. 1 hour of services MINIMUM is required to obtain this package. (Any additional hours will be invoiced weekly) A retainer is NOT available with this package.
Starter Package Includes Free defining meeting w/detailed review email, (Defining meeting can be via Google hangout, Zoom, Skype, or Facetime). Clients will receive an Onboarding package, an online portal user name, and a password, email and or text reminders for payments due, progress on work, and a contract agreement signature. 5 hours of services MINIMUM per week is required to obtain this package. Weekly support is 5 days a week. Weekends can be added for an additional fee. Clients will receive a monthly invoice, email reminders of the remaining service hours at the 2-hour mark. (You have the option at that time to hold off on all services until the following week or add the hourly services fee of $25.00 once your 2 hours have been used) A retainer is available for this package.
Boss Package Includes Free defining meeting w/detailed review email, (Defining meeting can be via Google hangout, Zoom, Skype, or Facetime). Clients will receive an Onboarding package, an online portal user name, and a password, email and or text reminders for payments due, progress on work, and a contract agreement signature. 10 hours of services MINIMUM per week is required to obtain this package. Weekly support is 5 days a week. Weekends can be added for an additional fee. The client will have 2 hours of free services for the first month. Clients will receive a monthly invoice, email reminders of the remaining service hours at the 5-hour mark. (You have the option at that time to hold off on all services until the following week or add the hourly services fee of $23.00 once your 5 hours have been used) A retainer is available for this package.
CEO Packages Includes Free defining meeting w/detailed review email, (Defining meeting can be via Google hangout, Zoom, Skype, or Facetime). Clients will receive an Onboarding package, an online portal user name, and a password, email and or text reminders for payments due, progress on work, and a contract agreement signature. 15 hours of services MINIMUM per week is required to obtain this package. Weekly support is 5 days a week. Weekends can be added for an additional fee. The client will have 3 hours of free services for the first month. Clients will receive a monthly invoice, email reminders of the remaining service hours at the 5-hour mark. (You have the option at that time to hold off on all services until the following week or add the hourly services fee of $20.00 once your 5 hours have been used) A retainer is available for this package.
Project Packages Includes Free defining meeting w/detailed review email, (Defining meeting can be via Google hangout, Zoom, Skype, or Facetime). Clients will receive an Onboarding package, an online portal user name, and a password, email and or text reminders for payments due, progress on work, and an SOW agreement signature. Weekends can be added for an additional fee.
Any add ons fee will be added to the final invoice. A retainer is NOT available with this package.
Monthly Retainer
Hours that are not used by the end of the month can be carried over to the next month if OVER 30 minutes. However, if you do not have a monthly retainer package and you are being billed by the hour. If a change in the number of hours in a monthly retainer package is desired, I kindly request notice of at least 30 days before the start of the next month. If the client changes their mind on what they want to be done and work has already begun you will be able to receive change the services or use the time at a later date.
Work Starts, Completed Work, Invoicing & Payment
All work begins when the deposit is paid in full. During the process, you will receive updates. Also, before submitting any completed work on a project, revisions will be given, based on the SOW and or Contract agreement. Clients will receive their first invoice with a 10 to 40% deposit, once the SOW and or Contract agreement is signed. This invoice is due after the SOW and or Contract is signed. With a monthly retainer package, the invoice is always a month in advance of the hours. Hourly rate clients will receive an invoice every week, based on the number of hours of services. Please note that, if the payment is not received before or on the due date, all overdue invoices will be charged a 20% late fee of the remaining balance. In the case of continued delay (5+ days overdue), services may be suspended until payment is received.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via Invoice, Apple pay, Cashapp, or certified business checks.
Meetings and or Travel expenses
Although virtual meetings are preferred, I am open to meetings on location for special situations. With specific personal assistance, meetings may be (routinely) necessary. The client is charged for meeting time according to your contract, travel time (based on 50% of either the monthly retainer package rate or the hourly rate) and mileage (at 25 cents per mile), and/or travel expenses.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Here at Rize Up Solutions, great importance to your privacy and also mine is imperative. Information will never be disclosed, loaned, leased, rented, or sold to third parties, or made public without your permission unless I am legally obliged to do so. Personal data and information that I receive, e.g. contact form messages via the websites, and any information from and about clients is kept confidential. Some non-personal data about my website visitors have been collected automatically; e.g. name of the Internet service provider and web browser, which pages are visited, and the length of time spent on each page. The identity of visitors remains anonymous unless they manually submit information on the website.
A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement will be supplied to every client in your welcome package.
Policy & Price Changes
I reserve the right to change this policy and the prices of my services. I may occasionally update this policy and will timely notify my clients if there are significant changes. In the case of a price change, clients will receive a notice 30 days before any changes become effective.
Invoicing
Invoices are sent by email and or client portal, not printed and or mailed unless otherwise requested by the client or payment is late.
SOP Agreements
This is not a contract, but I do ask all clients to sign an agreement to protect our work relationship. Work will commence after the agreement has been read, understood, and signed. This will be included in your welcoming packet. Please read through the packet thoroughly. The agreement is non-binding and does not oblige us to commit to a long-term partnership; either party is free to terminate the working relationship at any point. I do however request all clients with a monthly retainer package to send a notice of termination at least 30 days in advance if they do wish to terminate the partnership. Please note that there will be no refunds without a 30-day advanced termination notice.
My Rights as a Virtual Assistant
I do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, or sexual orientation. I do, however, reserve the right to decline service to anyone as I deem necessary to preserve the integrity of my business.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Customer shall indemnify and hold Rize up Solutions harmless against any actions claims or demands by third parties whether in tort or otherwise. However, arising directly or indirectly from the use or operation of the services provided with any obligation hereunder and delay or wrong information and any lack of required information or misuse of the services or any action on the part of the Customer or any person or persons other than Rize up Solutions any delay in notifying Rize up Solutions of any claim relating to Rize up Solutions.
